Approval is decided by the payment gateway, not by us. We make your application complete and clear, and we help if it comes back with questions, but we cannot guarantee approval or a date. Payments are processed and settled by the gateway directly to your bank account.

Payment gateway FAQ

Do you open the gateway account for us?+

The account is opened in your business’s name, because the gateway verifies your business directly. We guide you step by step through the documents and the application, and help fix common issues if it is sent back for changes.

Which documents will I need?+

Usually proof of identity, PAN, a business bank account and details about your business or website. We give you the exact checklist for your case after a short call.

How long does it take?+

Building the integration is the quicker part. Gateway verification time depends on the gateway and on how complete your documents are. We set expectations on the first call, and we cannot promise an approval date.

Do card details pass through our server?+

No. Checkout is hosted by the gateway, so card details do not touch your server. Money is settled by the gateway directly to your bank account.

Can you fix an integration that already exists?+

Yes. A common cause of “paid but not confirmed” orders is the order status not being verified when the customer’s connection drops or the page is closed. We review your setup and fix it.

What does it cost?+

It depends on the scope: a single website checkout is different from a subscription app. We quote after a short free call.
